2002 Glasstron SX 175
Description
This was one of Glastron's most popular runabouts, utilizing their VEC (Virtual Engineered Composites) closed-mold technology, which produced a solid, one-piece hull and stringer system.
Key Features
- VEC Construction: This is the big selling point for Glastron. It means the hull was built by a computer-controlled process for consistent thickness and a "lifetime" limited warranty on the structure (when new)
- Seating: Usually featured back-to-back lounger seats (which fold flat) and two jump seats next to the engine box.
- Storage: Large in-floor ski locker and under-seat storage in the bow.
- Swim Platform: Integrated into the hull with a telescoping three-step ladder.
